Visitors are always welcome at the Institute for the Blind. These visits can include a tour of the factories on the premises where visually impaired adults produce cane, metal, knitted and woven products; a visit to one of the classes at the Pioneer School; an orientation and mobility demonstration or a look at how Braille prints are manufactured.
